In 1969, Uncle Bob's father launched J & J Concrete Septic Tanks, Inc. out of a garage in the small town of Woodford, VT.

As a child and then as a teenager, Uncle Bob helped his father with septic tank maintenance and build and install septic tanks in local homes.

Uncle Bob graduated from high school and entered the United States Army where he served as a heavy equipment operator with the combat engineers.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Uncle Bob returned to the Woodford area where over the years he's helped several technicians with septic pumping and repair services.

Working alongside other septic companies, he saw the same problems over and over: poor service, overcharging, and slow responses when people needed help most.

Believing he could do better, Uncle Bob recruited local technicians with over 25 years of experience and started his business the same way his father did — out of a garage, driven by a simple promise: fair, prompt, quality work for his neighbors.
